Terms of Use

1. Who we are

This service is operated by Jan Molski, sole proprietor (indywidualna działalność gospodarcza) registered in Poland.

2. What you're buying

We set up a Meta Ads campaign for your business and keep optimising it weekly. The first setup typically runs in ~10 minutes from receiving your URL. You stay the owner of any ad accounts, creatives and audiences we set up on your behalf.

3. Pricing & payment

Pricing is shown on the page where you check out. Payments are processed by Stripe. VAT is calculated at checkout based on your country. Promo / access codes are honoured only when valid at the time of checkout.

4. Refunds

We offer a full refund within 30 days if we don't ship what we promised or you're simply not happy. Just email janmolski@gmail.com with your order email and we'll refund you back to your original payment method.

If you have already used tokens to generate videos, your refund request will be reviewed by our team. We reserve the right to deny or partially approve the refund based on the usage already consumed.

5. Your responsibilities

• You own the product / website you're advertising and have the right to advertise it.
• Your product complies with Meta's advertising policies.
• You'll give us reasonable access (URL, brand basics, ad account where applicable).
• You won't use the service for anything illegal or abusive.

6. What we don't promise

Advertising results depend on your product, market and budget. We don't guarantee specific revenue, conversions, or ROAS. The service is provided "as is" without warranties beyond what Polish and EU consumer law requires.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law (e.g. for gross negligence or harm to consumers under Polish law).

8. Ending the service

You can stop using the service any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or use the service in a way that harms us, our providers, or other users.

9. Law & disputes

These terms are governed by Polish law. If you're a consumer, this doesn't take away any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence. Disputes will first be attempted to be resolved amicably by emailing janmolski@gmail.com.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. If we change something material, we'll update the "last updated" date at the top. Continuing to use the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
